“As a social worker, I am passionate about helping guide people through their challenges. I believe therapy is a kind and safe space when you are with someone that can help you feel seen and understood. My approach to therapy is strength-based, culturally inclusive, and creative. Using mindfulness and empowerment, I collaborate with clients to help them find joy and meaning in their journeys. Authenticity, creativity, and collaboration make each session an opportunity to spark change.”
