“I believe in the healing components of a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a culturally safe space where clients of all backgrounds feel comfortable exploring their personal strengths, struggles, and everywhere in between. I make a conscious effort to address and acknowledge the different experiences I bring into the therapy room as well as the experiences my client brings. I am passionate about working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in specializing in therapy with children, teens, families, and couples.”
