Therapy with me explores how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact to shape how we experience and move through the world. Sessions are flexible and can be as structured or free-flowing as needed, but my goal is always to leave clients with practical tools to continue the work outside of therapy. Clients can expect a space that is open, supportive, and judgment-free—where humor is welcome and authenticity is encouraged. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences influence current patterns, while also identifying opportunities for growth, accountability, and becoming the best version of ourselves.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2015 and began my career as a public school social worker. After obtaining my clinical license in 2018, I shifted my focus toward direct therapy, supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, and addiction. I have completed basic EMDR training and hold a Certified Addiction Specialist credential in the state of Colorado.
I grew up in Northfield, IL, and after spending several years living and practicing therapy in Colorado, I returned to Chicago in 2023 to be closer to family. I’ve really enjoyed reconnecting with the community and building my practice here in Illinois. Outside the office, you can find me fishing and spending time outdoors, enjoying live music and movies, and being with family and friends. As a former high school and college athlete, I’m always up for a conversation about sports and the psychology lessons we can learn from them.
