I enter the counseling dynamic with curiosity and reverence for the way each person has made sense of the world and their experience in it. Recognizing the client as the expert on their own life, I aim to partner with them to identify their various aspects and parts that make them who they are. Within the oppressive socio-political and financial world we find ourselves in, burnout, isolation and self-criticism are the norm. I see part of my role as aiding clients in figuring out how to identify the harmful effects of these pervasive issues. During our work you can expect to explore past and current areas of difficulty, learn self-parenting skills, and add imagination to the future you envision for yourself.
I graduated with my Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern University in March of 2020. I joined the staff at Clearwater Counseling Chicago shortly after and have been here since!
I grew up in Evanston, IL so I’ve always had an affinity for being by the lake. I’m a huge sports fan and love watching the English Premier League (go Liverpool!) and WNBA (Go Sky!). I have a deep love for music that comes through constant playlist making and DJing. On any given day I’ll most likely be spending time with friends, watching cartoons, or playing Pokemon.
