Fees and Insurance

We understand that being able to use your insurance benefits is vital in making sure services are affordable to you, though we also accept self-pay for those who do not want to use insurance.

On this page you will find information about in-network and out of network benefit information, typical session costs, accepted payment methods, and our cancellation policy. 

Initial Consultations

Initial consults are 10-15 minutes. Therapy consults are $0 and aren’t billed to insurance. Medication Management consults are billed to insurance at $175 and may have a copay/coinsurance

Intake Appointments

Intakes range from 55-65 minutes. Therapy intakes are $250 and Medication Management intakes are billed at $350

Therapy Appointments

Therapy appointments range from 30-53 minutes and are $150-$200 based on time. Sliding scale may be availible for those in need

Medication Management

Medication Management follow-up appointments are between 20-55 minutes and billed at $130-$200 based on time

Out of Network Insurances

If your insurance is not listed above, you may still be able to use your insurance using your “out-of-network” benefits. Using out-of-network benefits means you pay the full session costs upfront, we submit the insurance claim for you, and your insurance will reimburse you directly according to your benefits. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network benefits and costs. We are happy to coordinate with you in providing billing/claim documentation or additional paperwork as needed for your benefit. 

Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment with us, that time is set aside specifically for you. To respect the time of both our clients and clinicians, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or changes made without 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 session fee (not covered by insurance). In the event of emergencies and unforeseen events the fee may be waived.
