I believe in creating a culturally safe, judgement free, and affirming space where clients can feel supported in navigating life’s challenges. Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and I am committed to helping individuals explore and understand the complexities of their lives, from past experiences to current struggles. My goal is to empower clients in their own healing process and to help them set and achieve meaningful goals in a way that aligns with their values and unique needs. I am passionate about helping clients feel heard, understood, and validated. My ultimate goal is to support individuals in their journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
I graduated with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2023. I began my career in 2019, working in Residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient programs for children, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders and mood and anxiety disorders in the Chicagoland area for over 4 years. After having worked in a higher level of care, I transitioned to outpatient therapy where I have been working with individuals in the Chicagoland area for the past 3 years.
I’m originally from Wisconsin and made the move to Chicago to experience the culture, diversity, and excitement this city has to offer. You can usually find me hiking, going for long walks with my two Siberian huskies & husband, being by the lake, trying out new restaurants, going to a comedy show, watching my favorite sports teams (Green Bay Packers & Sacramento Kings) or traveling to new places.
