Alix Siegel obtained her Master’s of Arts degree in counseling at Northwestern University in March 2020. She plans to specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and family conflict. Alix is passionate about supporting family, friends and loved ones of those struggling with chemical/alcohol challenges. She also works with other client challenges including life transitions, relational/communication challenges, grief work, personal growth and self-esteem, women’s issues, and school related challenges. Her approach to counseling utilizes psychodynamic theory and focuses on the client’s individual experience. She tailors the therapeutic process to each client’s unique circumstances, especially as they relate to the impacts of culture, society, and environment. Alix also holds a JD in law which influences her engagement in advocacy in and out of the therapy room. She is under the direct supervision of Alicia Rosenberg, LCPC.
