Your story deserves to be heard- the happy, the painful, the everyday, and everything in between. I offer a warm, welcoming space where you can show up as you are, explore what matters to you, and work toward meaningful change. Along the way, there’s room for laughter, too. I believe humor can help us connect, find perspective, and navigate difficult moments. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, which means I see you as the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll explore where you’ve been, recognize the resilience you’ve already shown, and build on those strengths to help you move forward. I bring empathy, curiosity, and humor to our work while encouraging a more compassionate relationship with yourself. We’ll work together to develop tools and insights that support lasting change and a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what you value.
I earned my master’s degree in Mental Health from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2021. My career began in California, supporting adults and children experiencing depression and anxiety. During my clinical internship at City of Hope Cancer Center, I helped people navigate diagnoses and life changes affecting their independence and well-being. As an after-school educator with the Boys & Girls Club of America, I developed video game–based empowerment programs and activities for children and families from marginalized communities. These experiences shaped my commitment to creativity, connection, and accessible support. I am especially dedicated to affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and Black, Indigenous, and other people of color. Drawing on personal and professional experience, I create a space where your identities are respected, your strengths are recognized, and your goals guide our work.
I’m a big foodie and love adventuring around trying new dishes, pastries, and experiences. Even though I was born and raised in Chicago it honestly astonishes me how much there is to explore culinarily! When I’m not out and about eating and/or drinking my way around the city you can usually find me at home playing videogames cuddled up with my cat Gamecube, baking, crafting, or procrastinating my next cosplay for the next upcoming anime convention!Â
