Kelly is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is board certified in family practice and psychiatric-mental health.  She has worked in the correctional setting, primary care, and in reproductive and sexual health.  As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she focuses on the mind-body connection, forming strong therapeutic relationships, and creating a safe, non-judgmental environment to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness and healing. She provides patient centered care and places an emphasis on collaborating with clients to create treatment plans specifically tailored to their individual needs and preferences.  

Kelly currently treats clients over the age of 18 with mental health conditions including: Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorder, PTSD, Panic Disorder, and OCD.

*Conditions not treated: under 18 years old, SMI, Drug/Alcohol Abuse, Schizophrenia, Eating Disorders, DID, Autism, or Bipolar, Personality Disorders, and Co-Morbid Complex Medical Conditions.
